Mae was SO excited to start Joy School. She was a little disappointed that the first day was at our house. She thought she was getting to go to school on her own just like big sister Gracie. That morning she kept hugging me saying "I'm going to miss you." Because that's what I say to Grace as she's leaving to school. Once she realized she got to play hostess to all her friends, she was fine.
I'm getting all my teaching turns in before the baby comes, so we have had Joy School at our house quite a bit lately. Last week it was at a different house, so I had two hours all to myself after I dropped off Grace at preschool and then Mae at Joy School. I celebrated a bit and got a pedicure and then went grociery shopping. It was so wierd (and fun!) My newly found freedom will not last long though. I'm predicting that time will soon turn into a two hour snooze with my newborn. I'll keep pampering myself until that time comes:)

Because I'm not around you, I sometimes forget how close you are to having another baby! Crazy!! I seriously hope you can nap during the time both your older girls are at school. That would be so nice for you.
I'm so glad you get those few hours to yourself. I wish I could send them with you. Work and school is totally overrated. Oh well...someday!
