December 2009

Claire and Elise Bingham. Partners in crime. Oops!

Mae's irresistible ensembles
I let Mae dress herself because it gives her the most joy and confidence of almost anything. I can't stop snapping pictures of her wardrobe choices of the day. Here are some from this month alone...

I would like to thank my dear in-laws who share the same passion for Christmas lights as I do.  Why couldn't they have passed down that legacy to their son? One of my Christmas gifts was them putting up my lights for me while Alan was gone. Best present EVER! Happy wife, happy hubby, wonderful in-laws :)

Alan chopping down our neighbor's tree. He was sick of the mess it was making in our yard. Plus, I think it makes him feel manly to chop down trees. ( too bad putting up Christmas lights on a tall ladder doesn't produce the same emotion) Next time we'll get him a real harness. He was using an old belt which snapped. Thanks to some steady feet and cat-like reflexes, he's still alive!

We love the holidays because we get to see cousins that we never get to see. This is Mae with Ella Packard (Amylyn and Michael's daughter)  visiting from Texas.

I seriously love how Grace sports a "passe" in every dance photo.
