After being away from Cooper for 2 weeks while we were in California, the girls had a very joyful and long anticipated reunion with him. Mae wouldn't go to sleep because she wanted to keep playing with him the night we got home. Finally we just put Cooper in her crib with her. I meant to take him out shortly after so they wouldn't kill each other, but we completely forgot and fell asleep. I woke up at 3:00 A.M. and freaked out! I went in there to retrieve the poor animal, but to my surprise, this is what I found. I had to take a picture of it. The girls really love him. Every family picture they draw, Cooper is included. As well as with their prayers - Cooper is always blessed right along with the rest of the family. Hopefully he'll be around for a long time.

I love the photo of Cooper snuggled up in the crib with Mae. They both look so content!
My hubbie would love to get a "real" pet (fish and frogs don't count in his book) but I'm resistant because of the shedding - keeping my house clean is hard enough as it is - and my allergies. My boys would just adore a kitty or a puppy, though. So cute.
Mae sleeps like you - hands above the head, mouth wide open! She's like a mini-Erica.
I love these pictures. Even though I am not very fond of dogs I will admit that cooper is so cute with Grace and Mae. As long as he's not putting his wet nose on me we are in good shape.
